Common questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. SewaSync runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install on your PC or phone. You get the same system on a counter laptop, a tablet in the workshop and your own phone.
How do my customers pay?
Every invoice gets a public payment link your customer can open without logging in. Payment is collected by FPX online banking. We do not store card details and there is no auto-debit.
Can I run more than one branch?
Yes. Stock is tracked per branch, and the TAUKE plan has no limit on branches or vehicles. MULA and MAJU include one branch.
Does SewaSync work on my phone?
Yes. It is installable as an app on Android and iOS, so your drivers and runners can use it from the road.
Is there a free trial?
